Suppliers have their own contracts covering cancellation penalties and other terms and conditions, and you may be bound by those contracts regardless of whether you receive notice of their terms.

Resorts & Charted Courses will not be held responsible when a third-party supplier reduces pricing previously published, and travel arrangements have been confirmed or paid based upon the previously published pricing. It is not the responsibility of Resorts & Charted Courses to monitor changes to any supplier's promotional marketing, but if such change should occur and is brought to the attention of our company in a timely fashion, Resorts & Charted Courses will negotiate where possible with said supplier to make a suitable adjustment or to issue a refund accordingly. Resorts & Charted Courses, however, will not be held liable to compensate for a supplier's price reduction if the supplier refuses accommodation and/or compensation.
